I launched a website this summer called Forensic Nexus, which is an internet resource for aspiring forensic scientists. We offer tons of cool information, an awesome newsletter, we teach workshops for high school students, as well as tutor students that need extra help in their science classes.

Pine-Apple Kale Life Juice and a wake up call
Good morning!
So quickly sharing the amazing juice I made this morning.
1 cup of chopped Kale
1/2 cup of chopped frozen Pineapple
1 cup of chopped frozen Mango
1 whole peeled and chopped apple
1 cup of water

Life Juice + Carrots
Today’s life juice contained everything in the previous recipe plus a cup of carrots. Decided to throw some more veggie in the mix. Still very delicious. The volume increases slightly, but that will make you more full trying to get a serving and a half down and then a tall glass of water.

So today is one of those days where I do not feel like rummaging through the fridge for all the fixings to make a perfect mixed green salad. Nor do I feel like steaming and chewing a warm kale salad.
